1. Service Description

Get OTP provides temporary virtual numbers for receiving one-time verification messages from supported third-party online services.

The Application is a utility service and is not a telecommunications carrier. It does not provide voice calling services, personal messaging services, or continuous communication functionality.

Virtual numbers are temporary and may be changed, reclaimed, rotated, or reassigned at any time.

2. Scope and Limitations

2.1 Intended Use

The Service is intended solely for receiving verification messages required for account registration or sign-in to supported platforms.

2.2 Not for Emergency or Personal Communication

The Service must not be used for:

• Emergency communications
• Person-to-person messaging
• Continuous or long-term communication
• Bulk SMS sending or gateway services

2.3 Temporary Nature of Numbers

Virtual numbers are available for a limited time. After expiration, numbers may be reassigned.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Messages not received before expiration
• Delays caused by third-party networks
• Consequences resulting from number reassignment

2.4 Third-Party Dependencies

Delivery of verification messages depends on third-party carriers, platforms, and technical systems. These third parties may change their rules or technical policies at any time.

Successful delivery of verification messages is not guaranteed.

The Service Provider is not responsible for account suspensions, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

3. Virtual Coins and Payments

The Application may offer digital virtual coins that allow access to virtual numbers.

All payments are processed by the respective application marketplace provider (e.g., Apple App Store). The Service Provider does not collect or store payment card information.

Virtual coins are non-refundable once used, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with clear communication inside the Application.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use the Application responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party service policies.

The following activities are prohibited:

4.1 Unlawful or Fraudulent Activities

• Engaging in illegal activities
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Fraud, deceptive practices, or unauthorized access

4.2 Violations of Third-Party Platform Rules

• Using the Service in violation of third-party terms of service
• Creating accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Bypassing geographic, age, or policy restrictions
• Automated account creation using bots, scripts, or similar tools

4.3 Spam and Abuse

• Using the Service for unsolicited communications
• Using virtual numbers as a bulk messaging solution
• Using the Service as a substitute for personal communication services

4.4 Privacy and Data Misuse

• Collecting or misusing third-party personal information unlawfully
• Engaging in unauthorized tracking, scraping, or data harvesting

4.5 Technical Misuse

• Attempting to interfere with the Application
• Reverse engineering or extracting source code
• Circumventing security measures
• Reselling or transferring virtual numbers or received messages

4.6 Fair Use

Excessive, automated, or abusive usage that negatively impacts service quality may result in access restrictions.

The Service Provider reserves the right to define and update reasonable usage thresholds.

5. Enforcement

If misuse or violation of these Terms is detected, the Service Provider may:

• Suspend or restrict access
• Remove or freeze coin balances related to abuse
• Block devices associated with repeated violations
• Cooperate with legal authorities where required by law

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Ensuring your device has an active internet connection
• Any data or roaming charges incurred

The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruption caused by network failures, device issues, or external factors beyond its control.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including trademarks, logos, content, and software, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Successful delivery of verification messages
• Compatibility with all services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

9. Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2026-02-25.
